1. Return Window:
Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
2. Notification:
You must notify us of your intention to return the item no later than the day after you receive your order.
3. Condition of Items:
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage will not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.
5. Refund Processing:
Refunds will be initiated once the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow up to 5 working days for the refund to appear in your account after we receive the returned parcel.
6. Non-Returnable Items:
Due to hygiene reasons, headwraps, turbans, auto-geles, and custom-made outfits are non-returnable.
